Ardley Visitor Centre
Exploring and learning; shaping the way we think about waste
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover...
Teaching children about reducing, reusing and recycling from a young age means that it is more likely to become normal behaviour into adulthood.
That is why we have invested in a state-of-the-art visitor centre at Ardley ERF, and elsewhere, to teach children and interested adults about sustainable waste management and how energy recovery fits into the waste hierarchy.
Our visitor centre manager is a qualified teacher, and has established tailored programmes to meet the needs of a variety of groups.
