Our core behaviours have been developed to support and underpin our purpose and values. They provide a framework of behaviours focusing on how we carry out our roles in all positions within the company.
Our core behavioural competencies help to explain and determine expected behaviours at four levels – Operative or Non-supervisory, Supervisor, Manager and Senior Manager. They are used as a tool to assist us in carrying out recruitment, appraisals and performance management activities.
